Adaptive Use of Unit

This unit is used for the convalescence of ankle and wrist fractures.
It can adjust the motion angle of the joint and promote rehabilitation.

Operation Method

1. 1. After the machine is in use for the first time or it runs in change, watching the machine running for more than two times, if it runs in normal state, press the start/pause to pause it, then fix the patient's body part, if not like that, resetting parameter.

   2. Run two times in low speed, confirm all parameter fit for the requirements of user again, then begin to cure. If all parameter need to adjust, press start/pause to pause, and reset all parameter.

   3. After the above operation, the machine can be started, it is suggested that run in low speed and range is good to patient, then increase the speed and motion range if the patient can hold.

   4. There are three control modes: normal, angle and speed mode; normal mode means that the machine is running under setting data; angle mode means that the machine runs every 15mins, running angle will automatically increase to 3°, speed mode means that setting Data run approximately every 15min, run speed will automatic increase of 1 file.

   5. This machine has the function of moment, the moment "big" means the machine control works by 100% of motor output power, moment "medium" said the machine control works by about 65% of the motor output power, moment "small" said the machine control works by about 35% of motor output power control. Exceeding the machine control works of torque control (output power), then the machine will automatically reverse operation, to protect the limb.

   6. The main function of hand controller is for safe protection. One key can stop machine, and the other key is extension key, press any of them can protect the patient from machine malfunction.

   
   

   Operation attentions:
   a. Tell the user about machine’s stopping using and control methods. In case to bring the occurrence of hazards in abnormal operation and malfunction.

   b. Fixed location bandage can change are available, using it, pay attention to fix locking bolts.
